Updates of COVID-19: 

Due to the severe 5th wave of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, local courier service has been partially resumed, door-to-door local delivery is available to industrial & commercial areas, any SF service locations and EF lockers.

For international orders, we are glad to be delivering to you as usual with timely international delivery by Fedex Express.

1. Order Shipping:

a) Shipping within Hong Kong:

 

Free Shipping by SF Express with track number.

 

SF Express:

Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days*

*excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order, which normally takes 1 business day.

Pick up at EF lockers or SF Express locations are also available. Simply enter the relevant EF locker code / SF service locations address when check out.

 

b) Shipping to Macau:

 

Free Shipping by SF Express, with track number.

 

SF Express:

Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days*

*excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order, which normally takes 1 business day.

c) Asia / Australia & New Zeland (exclu. Middle East)

Shipping fee is HK$170 per order (regardless number of items or their weight) by FedEx express delivery with track number.

FedEx Express:

Estimated delivery time* according to FedEx: 2 working days

*excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order, which normally takes 2 business days.

d) Shipping to Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia:

Shipping fee is HK$340 per order (regardless number of items or their weight) by FedEx express delivery with track number.

FedEx Express:

Estimated delivery time* according to FedEx: 5 working days

*excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order, which normally takes 2 business days.

 

e) Shipping to Europe, USA, Canada:

Shipping fee is HK$490 per order (regardless number of items or their weight) by FedEx express delivery with track number.

FedEx Express:

Estimated delivery time* according to FedEx: 5 working days

*excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order, which normally takes 2 business days.

f) Shipping to India, United Arab Emirates:

Shipping fee is HK$590 per order (regardless number of items or their weight) by FedEx express delivery with track number.

FedEx Express:

Estimated delivery time* according to FedEx: 3-6 working days

*excluding the time we need to prepare and pack your order, which normally takes 2 business days.

* Each address you instruct us to ship to is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping charges.


* Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.

2. Gift Wrapping:

If you would like to receive gift wrapping service, please select "yes" in " Is it a gift?" when you are adding the product to your shopping cart, we will wrap the product as a gift without extra charge.

3. Order Dispatch:

Orders will be dispatched usually within 1-2 business days of our receipt of your order on any weekdays. Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays are not considered business days. Please note that we follow the Hong Kong calendar and local time (HKT).

Additionally, dispatch delays for some orders may occur due to high volume of orders placed.

4. Order Tracking:

All orders are traceable throughout the sending period. When your products are shipped from us, you will receive a despatch confirmation email with track number of your parcels.

 

If the parcel is shipped to Hong Kong or Macau, you can then check the delivery status of your orders via:

Shun Fung Express (https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/)

If the parcel is shipped to a destination other than Hong Kong, you can then check the delivery status of your orders via FedEx (www.fedex.com) by typing the track number given to you.

5. Customs / Tax:

Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty (if applicable) in most destinations. The time required for customs clearance is not counted in the above estimated delivery time.

Customs or import duties applied to the parcel upon reaching its destination are outside Orient Senses's control, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer who rejects to receive the parcel due to customs and import duties by the deadline, the parcel will be abandoned by the destination's carrier. NO REFUND will be made for the entire order and shipping charge. To determine the potential cost in advance, please contact your local customs office.
