Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide by FedEx Express / DHL / HK Speedpost to ensure a fast and trustworthy delivery. For details, please refer to our Shipping and Handling.

Do you send to EF Locker?

Yes, please enter the code and address of the EF locker in the shipping address when check out.

What kind of payments do you accept now?

Now we accept your payment by Stripe or Paypal. You do not necessarily have a Stripe / Paypal account, you can simply checkout with Visa, Master or American Express credit / debit cards.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

Yes, please select "yes" in " Is it a gift?" when you are adding the product to your shopping cart, we will wrap the product as a gift free of charge.

How do I track my order?

When your products are shipped from us, you will a receive despatch confirmation with track number of your parcels by email.

 

If the parcel is shipped to Hong Kong, you can then check the delivery status of your orders via

Shun Fung Express (https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/) by typing the track number given to you.

If the parcel is shipped to a destination other than Hong Kong, you can then check the delivery status of your orders via FedEx Express (www.fedex.com) or DHL (www.dhl.com) or HK Speedpost (www.speedpost.hongkongpost.hk) by typing the track number given to you.

Can I return an item?

In view of hygiene issues, we only accept returns if the items have serious defects or are wrongly delivered. For details, please refer to our Exchanges and Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, we cannot make any amendments or cancel orders once they have been submitted and dispatched.
