Exchanges & Returns Policy
In view of hygiene issues, we only accept returns if the products have serious defects or are wrongly delivered.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any damages to the product caused by the shipping company or delivery service provider. Nevertheless, to ensure your purchased products are in good condition, we must seriously examine each of them before packing and delivery.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the date of order arrival and provide all of the following information to obtain an authorization for return:
item code of the item to be returned
desciption of defect of the item
a picture of the defective item
Please return the items in their original condition in their original parcel packaging with any related accessories. Returns that have been damaged, worn, used, altered will not be accepted. Please make sure you use a reliable postal service as the parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it.
We will then examine and test the returned product after receiving it. After our verification, we will deliver the replacement product to you by regular Air Mail. If the returned product cannot be verified, the original product will be shipped back to you.
We will compensate the shipping costs to you only if the defective item is returned by Regular Air Mail. If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, we reserve the right to decide on the amount of shipping compensation based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment.
Please note that each item can only be exchanged once, reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.
Please allow about 3-4 weeks from the day you return to process the above exchange.
Please kindly note that any returns that do not fulfil any of the above conditions will be disregarded or refused.
We reserve the final right in case of argument.
