Exchanges & Returns Policy

In view of hygiene issues, we only accept returns if:

  • the products have serious defects* or are wrongly delivered; or

  • you ordered a wrong size of bracelet or ring, provided that they are not worn, used or damaged.

* To ensure your purchased products are in good condition, we must seriously examine each of them before packing and delivery. Please understand that we are not responsible for any damages to the product caused by the shipping company or delivery service provider.

 

 

 

To exchange for a different size (bracelet / ring):

 

1) If you are not satisfied with the size of bracelets or rings purchased, you may request for an exchange for a different size only if the size is shown available at our online shop. Please contact us at info@orientsenses.com within 5 days from the date of order arrival and provide all of the following information to obtain an authorization for exchange:

  • order number

  • item name of the item to be exchanged

  • size to be exchanged

  • return by post or in person (in-store)

2) Please return the item(s) in their original condition in their original packaging with any related accessories. Returns that have been damaged, worn, used, altered will not be accepted.  Please make sure you use a reliable postal service as the parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

3) We will then examine and test the returned product after receiving it. After our verification, we will deliver the replacement product of your requested size to you and we will bear this shipping cost.

4) You may also bring back your item to our store for exchange.

Please note that each item can only be exchanged for a different size once.

Please allow about 1 week from the day you return to process the above exchange.

Please kindly note that any returns that do not fulfil any of the above conditions will be disregarded or refused.

We reserve the final right in case of argument.

 

 

To return a defective or wrongly delivered item:

  • order number

  • item name of the item to be returned

  • desciption of defect of the item

  • a picture of the defective item

2) Please return the item(s) in their original condition in their original parcel packaging with any related accessories. Returns that have been damaged, worn, used, altered will not be accepted.  Please make sure you use a reliable postal service as the parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

3) We will then examine and test the returned product after receiving it. After our verification, we will deliver the replacement product to you at our cost.

Please note that each item can only be exchanged once, reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.

Please allow about 1 week from the day you return to process the above exchange.

Please kindly note that any returns that do not fulfil any of the above conditions will be disregarded or refused.
